Submit a Request
Contact our dedicated customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return.
Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if the criteria are met.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the product in its original Vorwerk packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RA number on the exterior.
Inspection & Refund
Once received at our Malaysia service center, we will inspect the unit and process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 working days.
